Supine Twist/Twisted Root
This pose stretches your back muscles and glutes, massaging your back and hips. It helps to lengthen, relax, and realign your spine while it stresses your abdominal muscles.

How to do:-

Supine Twist/Twisted Root
Lie on your back with your arms out straight. Bring your legs up to your chest, then drop them to your right side.

Alternatively, keep your right leg straight, hook your left foot over your knee and use your hand to drag your left knee over to your right-hand side. Turn your head to the left (if you’ve come down to the right).

The Easy Way.

Rest your legs on a block or bolster.

The Counter Pose.

Simply do the other side.
Bring your knees back to the middle before dropping them to the other side.
