Straddle (Dragonfly)
Dragonfly increases your hip mobility and stretches your inner thighs, hamstrings, and spine as well as your abdominals.

Pushing your arms out stretches the shoulders. It can lengthen the spine, making you more flexible and less prone to injury.

Why it's good for you...

How to do:-

Straddle (Dragonfly)
Sit with both legs straight out in front of you. Now spread your legs as far as they can go.

Make sure you tilt your hips forward, allowing your back to round which avoids too much stress. Let your hamstrings slowly fall into the mat.

The Easy Way.

Sit higher on a cushion or bolster. Don’t lean forward if you find it too uncomfortable at first.

The Counter Pose.

Bring your feet together, then move them from side to side, unlocking any remaining tension.
Bring your legs back together, then use your palms to come back to a comfortable sitting position.
